Well, not sure how I can be captivating with this one, but let's give it a whirl.
Breakfast
16oz of coffee (my mug is 16oz)
8oz of oatmeal (Ummm, I work in a hospital. They weigh everything, lol)
2oz slice of pumpkin bread (See, I told you they weigh everything)
Lunch
Spaghetti with bell peppers and grilled chicken (This was at home, so I don't know the measurements, lol.)
my last vanilla ice cream sandwich (Don't be sad, I have chocolate ones.)
16oz of water
Dinner
Chicken Pot Pie (Yeah, it's that time of year.)
24oz of water
Snack
Cap'n Crunch from a coffee mug (Lol, I have a habit of drinking solely out of coffee mugs. Doesn't matter what it is; coffee, water, juice, I don't care and frankly neither do the mugs, lol.)
12oz of water (Did I get them all in?)
So, there you have it. This is what I ate today. To be honest, I did well because I usually don't eat three meals a day. I did it today because I knew I had to blog about it. Breakfast is usually a cup of coffee. I do well for lunch because I eat at work (today was an off day). Dinner, well, is mostly cereal or sandwich.
I also snack a lot more during the day. I prefer to do six small meals rather than three big ones. When I'm off, my eating schedule gets off. I got all my veggies in! I think I got all my water in! Not so such about grains. Anywho, this is what I ate day. Maybe I should weigh my food more...nah to me that
Makes. No. Sense.
I actually find these posts very interesting. You can tell a lot by a person's eating habits and preferences, and even more by the way they cook.
ReplyDeleteWas this a homemade pot pie? 'Cause I'ma need that recipe if it was. Also, you're 12oz of water short of 64. There's still time to fix that! *lol*
good looking out. i got those last 12oz in! i will def get you the recipe...
