all i want for christmas is you

Well, much has been going on in my little life over the past few weeks. There is much on the horizon too. Mostly, I am preparing to visit with Secret again. It's kinda cool that we are getting the chance to spend Christmas together. Well, most of Christmas will be spent traveling on my end, but still. I am excited.

I am normally a gift giving guru. I have never had problems finding the perfect gift for someone. Notice the past tense of those two sentences. I have been struggling with what to get Secret for Christmas. I have had to enlist the help of some of my twitter followers for ideas. I lost my gift giving mojo. It doesn't help that I had an unforeseen expense that really ruined my plans.

Secret keeps saying 'all I want for Christmas is you.' I hope to God that she means it. I don't want her mad at me over this. I know how chicks get when it comes to presents and gifts and the like. There was so much I wanted to do prior to Christmas, but such is life. I just hope it's not an epic fail because then the pressure will really be on for Valentine's Day.

I am really looking forward to spending time with the lil lady. We have some plans (for outside the bedroom, lol). We are doing a tweet up with some folks that I can't wait to meet in person. We also have a date night planned! I want to go dancing or something. I think we are going to see Little Fockers.

I anticipate a very good trip. We are going to enjoy each other (in every sense of the phrase!). I have been trying to talk her into baking cookies with me. LOL, so far she has agreed to the 'break and bake' kind. Regardless, I will keep yall updated on our happenings.
